Your appointments are very important to our Glisten team. We hold your appointments just for you. If you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us with 48 hours notice. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable circumstances may arise and we will do our best to accommodate such situations on a case-by-case basis. Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees: A deposit will be due upon scheduling an appointment. No deposit, no appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of 25% of your scheduled service and loss of your pre-paid deposit. When you book an appointment with us, you secure our time, as well as money spent on products for your service, and opportunities for other valued guests to secure appointments in that time slot.
